Pendragon - renamed as Pinewood, following sale of its dealerships to Lithia; £358m to be returned to shareholders on 7 May

Following the sale of its dealer group and leasing businesses to Lithia, Pendragon has been renamed Pinewood and will return £358m to shareholders by way of a special dividend of 24.5 pence per existi.....
