Pendragon - receives yet another "unsolicited proposal" - this time from AutoNation - to acquire the business

The Board of Directors of Pendragon confirms that it has received an unsolicited proposal from AutoNation to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Pendragon for 32 pence per shar.....
